Krystal is a Premier Stylist with over 36 years behind the chair personalizing and perfecting the techniques that she utilizes on each client she works with. She has attended Paul Mitchell School in San Diego, Bumble and Bumble School in NYC, Toni and Guy Academy in Novi and several other classes and seminars. Krystal continues to expand her talents through in-salon classes. Every one of Krystal’s clients are happy to see her and even happier when they leave her chair.
Nicole Bolis
Owner
Nicole has been a full-time stylist for over 12 years! She began her career in a small salon here in Brighton, as an apprentice for 2 years. She likes to continue her education with training seminars and classes, to stay freshened up still to this day! Nicole specializes in both Men's and Women's haircuts, as well as customized color and lightening services.
Michelle Villemonte

Michelle went to Howell College of Beauty, and has been doing hair for over 15 years! She has a fun outgoing personality that is sure to make you feel at ease in her chair! She specializes in highlights, balayage, men’s cuts, and one of our go-to stylist’s for children.
Sydnee DeJesus
Stylist
Sydnee graduated from Douglas J Aveda, in 2015, walking away with her license in cosmetology. She is a master certified professional in Brazilian BIow-Outs, and Bellami Hair Extensions! While offering her own services, she is also the phenomenal assistant to Krystal McLeod!
Andrea Poma
Stylist
Andrea has been a stylist in the Brighton area for almost 11 years. She performs all services such as cutting, coloring, lightening, Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments, makeup, and updo styling. Being on site for wedding styling is a passion of hers. She graduated from Douglas J Institute of Cosmetology in East Lansing. Andrea loves the personal connection with her clients and always greets them with a smile on her face. She is always accepting new clients and has a very flexible schedule.
Ellie Hibner
Stylist
Ellie has been in the industry for 4 years and carried out her apprenticeship in a small salon in Brighton, working under highly certified stylists. She is a Master Stylist with Bellami Pro Hair Extensions, and offers a wide range of services such as; color, cuts, Brazillian blow-outs, extensions, and more! Ellie specializes in blonding, and dimensional brunettes!
Alma Gjolaj

Alma graduated Lesprit Academy School of Cosmetology in 2015, and has been doing hair for six years! She loves challenges, and is very big on continuing her education to help further her skills as a hairstylist. Alma specializes in Tony & Guy and American Crew haircuts. She also specializes in Blondes, but loves working with Brunettes to achieve the latest trend in hair colors. Alma is certified in Bellami hair extensions, and has a passion for makeup! She even attended The Masterclass Michigan, by celebrity makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic in Oct. 2019.

Grace graduated from Transitions school of Cosmetology in 2019, and uses Redken and Schwarzkopf color. She has all of your bases covered when it comes to highlights, colors, or balayage. Grace will listen to your hair wants and needs, and work with you to build a personalized look that will compliment your lifestyle!
Stefanee Smith

Stefanee graduated Brighton Institute of Cosmetology, and has been licensed for 5 years. But following her mother’s footsteps, she has been in the industry for many years! She strives to be a dimensional expert and lives to foil and balayage. She uses Schwarskopf products, and specializes in extremely long hair. She even offers Nioxin treatments for thinning!
Liz McLenaghan

Liz is a creative color and extension specialist. She has over 20 years in the business of making Brighton area residents look and feel their best! With a license from Brighton Institute of Cosmetology and certification in Klix Hair Extensions, she takes pride in her ability to problem solve and consult with her clients to get the best results while maintaining the integrity of their hair.
Liz uses Redken, Schwarzkopf, and Pulp Riot colors. She can rock out fantastic texturing service using Paul Mitchell Perm products, and is also skilled in the area of Brazilian Blow Outs and Keratin Treatments.

After graduating from Huron Valley Beauty Academy in 1998, she went on to complete many other certifications in lash & brow tinting, lash lifts, brow sculpting, Brazilian waxing as well as full body waxing. She has also specialized her work in facials. Whether your looking for a relaxing facial to specialty services, such as lymphatic draining, acne, or detoxify facials: Sarah is your go to Esthetician! She has a wide based knowledge on skin care products such as; Eminence, Skin Ceuticals, Bioelements, Dermalogica, Image and DNA Skin Care. She has been applying Xtreme lash extensions for 13 years, and has been fully certified through their training courses.
